CLAT 2023: Common Law Admission Test Notification and Online Application Form Start From 8 August 2022

CLAT 2023: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the latest notification and invited online application form for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 for admission in the Bachelor of Law (LLB), and Mater of Law (LLM) academic courses in 22 National Law Universities of India. CLAT 2023 online registration starts on August 23, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply online for CLAT 2023 from the website www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in. CLAT Counselling Fees

For the CLAT 2022 and CLAT 2023 the Consortium reduced the Counselling fee from 50,000/- to Rs.30,000/- for the General category candidates and Rs.20,000/- for ST/ SC/ OBC/ BC/ EWS/ PWD and other reservation candidates.

What is CLAT Counselling Fee: After clearing the written exam, the aspirants need to take part in the counseling by filling in the preferred choices for admission along with the counseling fees. The counseling Fee is refunded if a candidate doesn’t get admission in any preferred choices.

CLAT Exam Pattern for Post Graduate (PG) Level [LLM]

The first section would include 120 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The paper will be based on the mandatory subjects of the undergraduate program and include Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, and Labour & Industrial Law.
