Age Limit:
The age limit for IDBI Executive is 20-25 Years while the age limit for the IDBI Bank PGDBF 2022-23 (Assistant Manager) is 21-28 Years. The crucial date for the calculation of the age is 1.4.2022. The age Relaxation will be given as per the Rules of the Government.

IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment 2022 Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The IDBI Bank has an arrangement with Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (Manipal), Bengaluru, and Nitte Education International Private Limited (Nitte), Greater Noida to provide training in Banking and Finance to prospective candidates aspiring to join the Bank as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’.
Currently, the 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprises 9 months of classroom studies on campus and 3 months of internship at the Bank’s branches or offices. However, the Bank reserves the right to alter the timelines as noted above based on business requirements, industry standards, etc.
After successful completion of the course, the candidates will be awarded a PGDBF certificate and will be inducted into the Bank as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria as stated in this advertisement.
The selection process of IDBI PGDBF 2022-23 for absorption as Assistant Manager, Grade ‘A’ comprises of Online Written Test, Document Verification, Personal Interview, and Medical Examination. The structure of the online written test is as follows:

IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Salary
Stipend: During the Training Period of 9 months – Rs.2,500/- per month and during the Internship Period of 3 months – Rs.10,000/- per month.
After joining the Bank’s services as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’, only on successful completion of the course, the extant Basic Pay currently applicable to Assistant Managers in Grade A is Rs.36,000/- per month in the pay scale of 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740(2)–49910–1990(7)-63840(17 years).
IDBI Bank BGDBF 2022-23 Course Fees
Program fees for this course will be Rs.3,50,000/- (Rs. Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) plus GST, as applicable, to be paid by the students in lump sums or in installments as per a fixed schedule during the one year program. The said fee is inclusive of course fees, lodging, boarding, other charges, etc.
