IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the CRP CSA-XVI (Common Recruitment Process) notification for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA) (formerly Clerk) in participating Public Sector Banks for the vacancies of 2027-28. Eligible candidates will be able to submit their online applications from 01 August 2026 to 21 August 2026.
The recruitment process will be conducted in two stages, namely the Preliminary Examination and the Main Examination. Candidates shortlisted through the selection process will be allotted to participating public sector banks based on merit and preferences.
