NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in the E1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA Pattern). In addition to basic pay, selected employees will be entitled to Dearness Allowance, other applicable allowances, perks, terminal benefits and other facilities as per company rules.
NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 32 years as on the last date of online application. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines. For PwBD candidates, relaxation is applicable according to the prescribed rules. Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will also be provided as per applicable Government guidelines.
NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process will consist of an All India based Online Selection Test followed by a Personal Interview. The online test will contain two parts: Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates are required to qualify both sections separately.
