UCO Bank SO Recruitment 2026: UCO Bank has released the official notification for recruitment of Specialist Officers on a regular basis for the 2026-27 recruitment cycle. The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. HO/HRM/RECR/2026-27/COM-01 for Manager-level positions in the Specialist Cadre. A total of 20 vacancies are available for Manager-AI/ML Engineer and Manager-Cyber Security posts in MMGS-II scale.

Manager-AI/ML Engineer

Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & ML or Data Science with minimum 50% marks, or MCA/M.Tech/M.E. in the specified disciplines with minimum 50% marks. Certification in AI, Gen AI, NLP or ML is preferred. Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in development and implementation of AI, Gen AI, NLP or Content Analysis based projects is required.

Manager-Cyber Security

Candidates must have a full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics or Electronics & Communications Engineering, or equivalent specified degree with minimum 50% marks. MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc. in the specified disciplines with minimum 50% marks is also accepted.

The candidate must also possess one or more of the specified valid certifications, including OSCP, OSCE³, OSWE, OSEP, GIAC GPEN/GXPN, CAISP or specified SANS certifications. Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security is mandatory.

The age limit for both posts is 25 to 35 years as on 01 August 2026. The maximum age limit applies to General and EWS candidates. Age relaxation is available as per applicable Government of India guidelines, including 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

• Selected candidates will be appointed in MMGS-II scale. The basic pay scale is:
• ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – ₹67,160 – 2,680/10 – ₹93,960
• In addition to basic pay, DA, HRA/lease accommodation, CCA, medical benefits, allowances and other applicable benefits will be provided as per Bank rules.

The selection process may include Online Written Examination and/or Screening and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview, or any other selection process decided by UCO Bank. The Bank may conduct a written examination depending on the number of applications received.

Selected candidates will be on probation for one year. They are required to execute a service bond to serve the Bank for at least two years. If a candidate leaves before completing two years, a sum of ₹2 lakh is payable as specified in the notification.
