B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognized university and CTET/STET qualification are required. Preference may be given for higher qualifications, relevant teaching experience, English communication, ICT, games and co-curricular skills.

TGT (Maths): Candidates should have graduation with at least 50% marks in Mathematics along with the specified subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science or Statistics, or a four-year integrated NCTE-recognized degree with the required 50% marks. B.Ed/equivalent qualification and CTET/STET qualification are also required.

TGT (English): Candidates should have graduation with at least 50% marks in English, or a four-year integrated degree from an NCTE-recognized institution/university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and aggregate, including the B.Ed component. B.Ed/equivalent qualification and CTET/STET qualification are required.

Horse Riding Instructor: Candidates should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized school and should have undergone a Horse Riding Instructor Course. Preference is given to candidates with experience as a Horse Riding Instructor who are willing to reside on campus and undertake additional duties, as well as eligible ex-servicemen with relevant experience.

Band Master: Candidates should possess the Potential Band Master/Band Major/Drum Major course qualification from AEC Training College and Centre, Pachmarhi, or an equivalent Naval/Air Force course or equivalent qualification. Ability to converse in English is desirable.

Mess Manager: Candidates should have passed Matriculation or equivalent and have at least five years of experience independently running a catering organization in civil, Defence Services or another similar organization. Candidates must also be able to maintain mess accounts and have knowledge of computer applications. A catering diploma/degree, catering-trade JCO/equivalent experience, residential-school experience as an ex-serviceman and willingness to stay on campus are desirable.

Nursing Sister (Female): Candidates should possess a Nursing Diploma, Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM), or B.Sc Nursing, along with the required five years of experience/service after training. English communication and at least five years of experience in a residential public school are desirable.

Ward Boys: Candidates should have passed Matriculation and possess good communication skills, preferably in English. A graduate degree, sports achievements, experience handling students affectionately, physical fitness and relevant residential-school experience as an ex-serviceman are desirable.

The age limit is calculated as on 31 October 2026. For TGT posts, the prescribed age is 21 to 35 years. The age limit for Horse Riding Instructor and Mess Manager is 18 to 50 years, while Band Master is 21 to 50 years. Nursing Sister and Ward Boys have an age limit of 18 to 50 years.
