IOCL NR Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division, Northern Region has released the official notification for Trade, Technician and Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 under Advertisement No. IOCL/MKTG/NR/APPR/2026-27/1. All prescribed qualifications must be obtained through a regular full-time course from a recognized University/Institute. Part-time, correspondence or distance-learning qualifications are not eligible.
IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The candidate’s age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31 August 2026. Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates for seats reserved for these categories. PwBD candidates are eligible for age relaxation of up to 10 years, up to 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Stipend
Apprentices will receive stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprentices Rules, 1992 and applicable guidelines. In addition to the statutory stipend, IOCL will pay ₹2,500/- per month towards miscellaneous expenses. For Graduate and Technician Apprentices, the Government’s share of stipend is partly transferred through the DBT mechanism.

There will be no written examination and no interview. Candidates registered on the NAPS/NATS portals and meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria will be considered for selection.

IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Training Period
The apprenticeship training period is 12 months for all notified disciplines. Completion of apprenticeship does not create any right to regular employment with IOCL.

How to Apply for IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Candidates must first register on the appropriate NAPS or NATS portal and ensure that their profile, educational details, category and aggregate percentage are correctly updated. ITI and Data Entry Operator candidates should register through NAPS, while Diploma and Graduate candidates should register through NATS. After registration, candidates must apply for the relevant IOCL Northern Region apprenticeship opportunity using the prescribed Establishment ID. After completing the NAPS/NATS application, candidates must also submit their details, preferred State and three preferred locations through the prescribed Microsoft Form. Only one discipline code can be selected, and multiple applications against different discipline codes will be rejected.
