Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

The notification excludes certain specializations, including Automation, Automobile, Industrial, Power, Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics, Mining, Marine and Robotics Engineering.

Senior Officer (Petroleum): Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering/Technology of at least two years’ duration with a minimum of 60% marks, along with Engineering at the graduation level.

Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor: Candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). The membership certificate is mandatory.

Hindi Officer (Official Language): Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Hindi and have at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience in official language implementation/promotion, translation or related work.

Confidential Secretary: Candidates must be graduates with a one- or two-year diploma in Secretarial Practice, Modern Office Management/Secretarial Practice, Executive Assistant, or an equivalent qualification with computer application knowledge. A minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experience in secretarial functions is required, including proficiency in shorthand and transcription.
