IIIT Sonepat Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025: The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Sonepat has released an official notification for various Non-Teaching Posts on a contractual basis under Advertisement No. IIITS/Estt./RECT./2025/04, dated 06 October 2025. The institute, established in 2014 and recognized as an Institute of National Importance, invites applications for several technical and administrative positions including Account Officer, Executive Engineer, Junior Engineer, and Lab Technicians.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline by submitting their applications before 17 November 2025 (up to 5:00 PM). The recruitment aims to fill essential positions that support the institute’s operations in engineering, finance, and laboratory management.
B.E/B.Tech (First Class) in relevant field with 8 years OR M.E/M.Tech with 5 years
₹40,000 – ₹55,000/- per month
Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical)
B.E/B.Tech with 2 years OR Diploma with 5 years
₹30,000/- per month
Lab Technician (CSE/IT)
B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA OR Diploma (CSE/IT) with 3 years
₹30,000/- per month
Lab Technician (ECE)
B.E/B.Tech (ECE/EE/EEE) OR Diploma with 3 years
₹30,000/- per month
IIIT Sonepat Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
Account Officer & Executive Engineer: Not exceeding 65 years.
Junior Engineer & Lab Technicians: Not exceeding 45 years.
Age will be calculated as on the closing date of the application (17 November 2025).
