IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026 Salary

The pay scale for selected candidates varies according to the post. Engineers/Officers and Law Officers will receive an IDA pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, while Assistant Quality Control Officers will receive ₹50,000–₹1,60,000. Junior Engineers/Junior Officers will receive ₹30,000–₹1,20,000.

In addition to basic pay, candidates will be eligible for applicable allowances and benefits as per company rules.
