Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released the detailed advertisement for Junior Executive on Short Term Basis Recruitment 2026 under Advt. No. HAL/CHRC-TAR/RECT-03/2026. The recruitment is being conducted for 150 Junior Executive vacancies across various engineering disciplines including Aeronautical, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy and Production.

HAL Junior Executive Vacancies & Qualification

Candidates must possess a Regular/Full-Time Engineering or Technology Degree from a recognized university/institute in the relevant discipline.

Minimum Marks

• UR / OBC-NCL / EWS: 60%
• SC / ST / PwBD: 50%
• Marks are calculated on the aggregate of all semesters/years.
• No rounding off is permitted.
• Part-time, correspondence, distance-learning and e-learning engineering qualifications are not eligible.

HAL Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The maximum age for UR and EWS candidates is 28 years as on 17 October 2026. Age relaxation is available as per the advertisement: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD candidates, with PwBD relaxation being over and above applicable SC/ST/OBC-NCL relaxation.

HAL Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

HAL Junior Executive Salary

Selected Junior Executives will be engaged in E0 Pay Scale of ₹30,000–₹1,20,000. The starting basic pay will be ₹30,000 per month, along with applicable DA, HRA and cafeteria allowance at 35% of basic pay.

The engagement is on a short-term basis for a maximum period of 3 years and does not confer regular executive status in HAL.
