Red Cross Certificate for Driving Licence Haryana: आपको लर्निंग लाइसेंस बनवाना है तो पहले फर्स्ट एड सर्टिफिकेट जरूरी है। इसके लिए रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी से ट्रेनिंग लेनी होगी। दरअसल, हरियाणा राज्य सरकार ने लाइसेंस के लिए फर्स्ट की शर्त को जरूरी कर दिया है। ट्रांसपोर्ट कमिश्नर ने जिलों में उपमंडल स्तर पर इस नियम को लागू करने के आदेश भी जारी किए हैं।

पहले फर्स्ट एड की शर्त केवल परिचालक के लाइसेंस के लिए ही जरूरी थी। एक सप्ताह के लिए आवेदकों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। हैवी लाइसेंस के लिए तो रोडवेज के ट्रेनिंग स्कूल में बस चलाना सीखना पड़ता है। अब स्कूटर, बाइक और कार आदि छोटे वाहनों को चलाने के लिए आम लर्निंग लाइसेंस के लिए फर्स्ट एड की शर्त जोड़ी गई है। हालांकि ट्रेनिंग के बाद असल सर्टिफिकेट 6 माह बाद ही बनकर आता है, लेकिन लाइसेंस के लिए इतना लंबा इंतजार कराने की परेशानी से बचने के लिए प्रोविजनल सर्टिफिकेट के रूप में प्रावधान निकाला है। जैसी ही प्रशिक्षण पूरा होगा, उससे अगले ही दिन रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी प्रोविजनल सर्टिफिकेट जारी करेगी।

रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी अधिकारियों के अनुसार हर रोज 6-6 घंटे की क्लास लगाई जा रही है। इसमें हादसा होने पर घायल को प्राथमिक उपचार देने, सांप आदि के काटने पर क्या करें, चोट पर शुरूआती पट्टी कैसे करें आदि का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।

The applicant must read all the following instructions before filling the Online Application Form for various training of the Indian Red Cross:-

आवेदक को भारतीय रेड क्रॉस के विभिन्न प्रशिक्षणों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले निम्नलिखित सभी निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए:

Log on http://Haryanaredcross.in to access the home page of the “Online Training Portal”.
ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण पोर्टल” के होम पेज तक पहुंचने के लिए http://Haryanaredcross.in पर लॉग ऑन करें।
Applicant in their own interest are advised to use desktop, laptop with a broadband or 4G internet connection with the latest web browser for better compatibility and fast registration on “Online Training Portal ‘
आवेदक को अपने स्वयं के हित में “ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण पोर्टल” पर बेहतर संगतता और तेजी से पंजीकरण के लिए डेस्कटॉप, लैपटॉप के साथ ब्रॉडबैंड या 4 जी इंटरनेट कनेक्शन के साथ नवीनतम वेब ब्राउज़र का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
You must have a Scan copy of your latest colored passport size photograph in 300 DPI resolutions in JPEG image file format (size of the image should be between 10KB to 50 KB )
आपके पास अपने पासपोर्ट आकार की नवीनतम रंगीन स्कैन फोटो होनी चाहिए जो JPEG फ़ाइल प्रकार में 300 डी.पी.आई. में 50 KB आकार से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए |
A valid phone number will be used to send all necessary SMS alerts/ status/ updates to the applicant. It is not necessary that the applicant must have a mobile connection in his/her name. The applicant may register any mobile number for communication for which he/she has access to get the information/alerts/status. However, all information sent on that mobile number shall be deemed to be delivered to all such applicants.
आवेदक के पास एक वैध फोन नंबर होना चाहिए, जिसका उपयोग आवेदक को सभी आवश्यक एस.एम.एस. अलर्ट / स्थिति / अपडेट भेजने के लिए किया जाएगा। आवेदक के नाम पर मोबाइल कनेक्शन होना आवश्यक नहीं है । आवेदक संचार के लिए कोई भी मोबाइल नंबर पंजीकृत कर सकता है जो की जानकारी / अलर्ट / स्थिति प्राप्त करने के लिए उसकी पहुंच में हो । हालाँकि, उस मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजी गई सभी सूचनाओं को आवेदकों के पास भेजी समझा जायेगा ।

On successful registration, the user name (registration no.) and password will be sent to the mobile number provided and the same may be noted down for future use.
सफल पंजीकरण होने पर, आवेदक को पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड प्रदान किये जायेंगे और पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भी भेजे जायेंगे , जिसका उपयोग भविष्य में ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण पोर्टल लॉग इन करने और किसी भी प्रकार की ट्रांसक्शन के लिए किया जा सकेगा ।
Applicant must enter his/her name correctly spelled in the online registration form mention on the Birth Certificate/ Mark sheets. Any change/alteration will not be accepted.
आवेदक को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म में अपना नाम सही ढंग से दर्ज करना होगा जो उसके जन्म प्रमाण पत्र / मार्क में लिखा है क्योकि एक बार नाम दर्ज होने के बाद कोई भी परिवर्तन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा |
The applicant once registered for any training can further apply for other training, pay the fee and also download their certificate by using their registered Login ID
किसी भी प्रशिक्षण के लिए एक बार पंजीकृत होने के बाद आवेदक अन्य प्रशिक्षण के लिए ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण पोर्टल पर अपने पंजीकृत लॉगिन आईडी का उपयोग करके लॉगिन करके सीधा नए प्रशिक्षण का चुनाव कर सकता है और नए प्रशिक्षण के शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकता है उसको बार बार नए नए पंजीकरण की जरुरत नहीं है ।

Avoid registering multiple times and submitting multiple registrations, which may lead to cancellation of candidature.

Every day limited no. of candidates can appear for training. Here, candidates are advised to submit an online training request at least two days prior to the actual day of training to be taken, to avoid the possibility of unavailability of the seat.
हर दिन सीमित उम्मीदवार प्रशिक्षण के लिए उपस्थित हो सकते हैं इसलिए उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि सीट की अनुपलब्धता की संभावना से बचने के लिए प्रशिक्षण के वास्तविक दिन से कम से कम दो दिन पहले ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करें व प्रशिक्षण की फिस जमा करके अपनी सीट सुनिश्चित करें।

✅ Guidelines

Guidelines for Online Fee payment and Fee Confirmation are as under: ऑनलाइन शुल्क भुगतान और शुल्क की पुष्टि के लिए दिशानिर्देश निम्नानुसार हैं:

The fee payment is only through online mode and you can pay the fee using any type of debit/credit card and online banking mode.
प्रशिक्षण के लिए शुल्क भुगतान केवल ऑनलाइन मोड से होता है और आप किसी भी प्रकार के डेबिट / क्रेडिट कार्ड और ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग मोड का उपयोग करके शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं।
For remittance of the online fees for training, the applicant will be re-directed to Payment Gateway to make the online payment of selected training.
प्रशिक्षण के लिए ऑनलाइन शुल्क जमा करने के लिए , आवेदक को बैंक के शुल्क भुगतान गेटवे पर भेजा जायेगा ताकि जो प्रशिक्षण उसने चुना है उसकी शुल्क का भुगतान कर सके |
After redirecting to the online gateway, before proceeding next, the applicant must check and ensure all details and fee amount.
आवेदक को बैंक के शुल्क भुगतान गेटवे अपने प्रशिक्षण का शुल्क भुगतान करने से पहले अपनी सारी डिटेल जैसे नाम , शुल्क इत्यादि अच्छी तरह से चेक कर लेनी है |
After remittance of online fee for selected training, applicant will have three kind of status which are as:-
चुने हुए प्रशिक्षण की ऑनलाइन शुल्क भुगतान करने के बाद आवेदक को 3 तरह के स्टेटस दिखेंगे जो इस प्रकार है
If your fee payment is successful, you can take a printout of the fee receipt of your online application for selected training immediately after the successful receipt of fee payment.
अगर आप का शुल्क भुगतान सफल रहता है आप अपने चुने हुए प्रशिक्षण की अपनी रसीद का प्रिंट ले सकते हैं आप का शुल्क भुगतान सफल माना जाएगा |
If your fee payment gets failed, you will have to pay the fee again and again till successful confirmation of the fee receipt.
यदि आपका शुल्क भुगतान विफल है, तो आपको शुल्क रसीद की सफल पुष्टि होने तक बार-बार शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
If the fee is deducted from the account of an applicant but the fee receipt is not generated in this case the applicant is advised to wait for 48 hours for the refund of the fees and needs to check whether the status is “Successful” or “Failed” on Online Portal. If the status is “Successful”, you can further proceed to take the fee receipt of the online training application and further process also. If the status is “Failed” then the applicant has to pay the fee again till the confirmation of the fee receipt and other processes.
यदि किसी आवेदक के खाते से शुल्क काटा जाता है, लेकिन इस मामले में उत्पन्न होने वाली शुल्क रसीद नहीं दी जाती है, तो आवेदक को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह शुल्क की वापसी के लिए 48 घंटे तक प्रतीक्षा करें, और ”ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर स्थिति की जाँच करने में “सफल” या “विफल” होना चाहिए। यदि स्थिति “सफल” है, तो आप ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण आवेदन की फीस रसीद और आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए भी आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। यदि स्थिति “विफल” है, तो आवेदक को शुल्क रसीद और अन्य प्रक्रियाओं की पुष्टि होने तक फिर से शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा
After successful payment of the fee, the applicant is advised to retain printed/ hard copies of their online fee receipt for further processing and future references.
शुल्क के सफल भुगतान के बाद, आवेदक को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आगे की प्रक्रिया और भविष्य के संदर्भों के लिए अपनी ऑनलाइन शुल्क रसीद की मुद्रित / हार्ड कॉपी बनाए रखें |
