AAI WR Non-Executive Recruitment 2025: The Airports Authority of India (AAI), Western Region has released a notification for the recruitment of Non-Executive Group ‘C’ positions across various airports in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa. The recruitment will be conducted through direct recruitment, and only candidates domiciled in these states can apply. The online application process starts from 25th February 2025, and the last date to apply is 24th March 2025.
Senior Assistant (Official Language) (NE-06): Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level OR a Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at graduation level. Candidates with a Master’s degree in any subject must have studied Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at graduation level. Those with a Graduation degree must have completed a Diploma/Certificate course in Hindi-English Translation or have two years of translation experience in a government or reputed organization. Minimum 2 years of experience required.
2. Senior Assistant (Operations) (NE-06): Candidates should be Graduates with an LMV license. A Diploma in Management is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience required.
3. Senior Assistant (Electronics) (NE-06): Candidates must have a Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
4. Senior Assistant (Accounts) (NE-06): Candidates should be Graduates (preferably B.Com) with computer literacy in MS Office. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
5. Junior Assistant (Fire Services) (NE-04): Candidates must have either:
10+3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire Engineering OR
12th pass (Regular Study) with valid driving licenses as follows:
Heavy Vehicle License (valid as of the advertisement date) OR
Medium Vehicle License (issued at least 1 year before the advertisement date) OR
Light Motor Vehicle License (issued at least 2 years before the advertisement date).
Candidates must obtain a Heavy Duty Driving License within 1 year of appointment.
AAI WR Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
Maximum 30 years as on 24th March 2025.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC)
Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms
Ex-Agniveers: 3 years (5 years for the first batch)
AAI WR Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Written Test (Computer-Based Test)
No negative marking.
Senior Assistant (Electronics & Accounts): 70% questions from core subjects, 30% from General Knowledge, Aptitude, and English.
Other posts: 50% questions from core subjects, 50% from General Knowledge, Aptitude, and English.
Minimum qualifying marks:
50% for UR/OBC/EWS
40% for SC/ST/PwBD
Skill Test (if applicable)
Senior Assistant (Official Language): MS Office (Hindi) test.
Senior Assistant (Accounts): MS Office test.
Junior Assistant (Fire Services): Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (PET).
